This and That

As you can tell from the pictures, our days are marked with certain themes: naps in the car (Emmie gave up sleeping during rest time), time outside, swinging and many many boo boos.  It must be a mark of passage for a 2.5 year old to suddenly require trips to Urgent Care and get 5 rather startling cuts in one weeks time.  Little Lena Loo has been working on a chronic ear infection and 1 year molars. But she hasn't let it stop her from exploring and chatting away.  These two girlies are beginning to play together and we're working on a whole new rhythm of sharing and sweetness. We're thankful for sunshine and bluebells on the Perkiomen Trail, for sprinklers, evening walks with Papa and tiny piggy toes.  We're gearing up for a busy next few weeks as end of school year recitals and activities come to an end. But then, let summer begin!  It's looking to be a fun one with these two!
