This summer has been full of wonderful little getaways and we just returned from a trip to Stone Harbor, NJ with Dad and Joan. This time Emmie loved the sand and ocean. We also went to the Cape May Zoo and she was amazed by the lion, peacocks and monkeys. I want to always remember the wonder and marvel that she has at the world around her. I want to remember the glee her face shows as she begins to walk. I want to remember 9 months as some of the happiest days we've had. Truth be told, they are also some of the most exhausting- but in a good sort of way.
